Usage Report on a Dashboard shows all pages from all reports instead of just mine

I'm trying to share the Usage Report for my report with colleagues.

I tried pinning a Usage Report from the report that I wish to share on a new dashboard but the results that come up show the usage stats for all the reports on that workspace instead of just the one I wanted to show.

Is there a way around this or another way to share Usage Reports for specific pages with specific individuals?

I didn't quite understand your scenario. Could you send step-by-step screenshots of the process?

I can't screenshot it, but here is the process:

  • I go to the report and use "Open usage metrics"
  • This gives me the usage metrics for the current report, with only options for that report's pages
  • I select three dots next to Explore and say Pin to dashboard
  • This pins the report to a new dashboard, but now this Usage report shows pages from every single report in the same workspace, not just the original report it came from.

That's the issue I am trying to solve, if it makes sense?
