Usage Metrics Report missing
Hi! Here is the list of pre-reqs. If you have the Pro or PPU license and have edit rights to the report and you still are not seeing the option, check with your admins to see if they disabled that feature.
- You need a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license to run and access the usage metrics data. However, the usage metrics feature captures usage information from all users, regardless of the license they're assigned.
- To access usage metrics for a particular dashboard or report, you must have edit access to that dashboard or report.
- Your Power BI admin has to have enabled usage metrics for content creators. You Power BI admin may have also enabled collecting per-user data in usage metrics. Read about how to enable these options in the admin portal.
Thank you for your response.
- I have the correct license
- I created the report - so I can edit it
- I had my admin confirm that usage metrics were enabled.
I have opened a support ticket within my org to see if they can figure out the reason. I will share the results if I find out anything. In the meantime, if you know of other reasons why the metrics report might not be available feel free to share. Thanks again. 🙂

Hi Tmk123 ,
Have you found a solution through the support ticket? If you have solved the problem, can you share the solution with us, or share the cause of the problem with us? So that other users facing the same problem can find solutions and learn faster?
