Upgrade and use of power bi desktop

1. If you download Power BI desktop from the imcrosoft Store then new updates get updated automatically. Where as , if you download the exe directly then you need repeat the same monthly.

2. The free trial of Power BI Desktop only lasts for a limited time, 90 days, after which you will need to upgrade to Power BI Pro to continue using certain features. It's possible that some employees may have been using features that are only available in Power BI Pro and they aren't allowed use them.
