Card taking more than 60 seconds to load when slicer value changed


Total records in the source table used in power bi: 283Million (data for 6 quarters including 2024-Q2)
Records in 2024-Q2: 20 Million
Datasource: Databricks
Input method: Direct query method.

Problem:
              Card showing sum aggregate of sales column for 2024-Q2 takes 60 seconds refresh upon change in slicers in power BI.

Please help me on this.

  1. Optimize DAX Queries: Ensure that the DAX query used for the card visual is optimized for performance. Avoid using complex calculations directly in the visual and consider pre-calculating measures if possible. For more insights on optimizing DAX, you might find this documentation helpful:
