Please follow below link and download the latest version of Power BI desktop:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=58494

Once the setup is downloaded, run that and follow the setup steps.

the best way is to download Power BI Desktop from the Microsoft Store.

In this way it will be automatically updated with the latest version.
