Unpivot idea for complex and irregular data structure

Hi, 

anyone has idea to take this uneasy data for query?

need to filter date and details per columns. 

the most difficult part is we don't know how much columns will be added every month. 

e.g. 2023P02 is two but it can be 3 or more next mont depends on new PO.
