Is there a way for PowerBI to display unmerging rows? Currently, I have 5 rows on my data origin table that have same values on each field, which is being displayed as only 1 row on the data visual table...

@GA1993 , Values in all visual are grouped (when measures are there) or shown distinct. If you do not have a unique column, rows will merge
You can add an index column in power query and use that in visual
