    Hi  Rajesh_Yarlagad
The error message you're encountering—"Container exited unexpectedly with code 0xC0000005"—typically indicates an access violation, often due to memory issues or conflicts with external components like ODBC drivers.
Please find the below trouble shooting steps that might resolve your issue.

    1. Clear the Power Query cache by closing Excel, navigating to C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\PowerQuery, and deleting the contents of that folder.
    2. Update Power BI Desktop to the latest version.

    3. Make sure your ODBC drivers (especially for Google BigQuery) are up to date, as outdated drivers can cause access violations.
    4. Temporarily disable antivirus and security software to check if they are blocking Power BI processes.

    5. Try running Excel as administrator to ensure it has sufficient permissions.
    6. Check your merge query join conditions to ensure they are valid and use appropriate join keys.

If the above information is helpful, please give us Kudos and mark the response as Accepted as solution.
