Unable to setup a refresh schedule

hi,

 

after i publish the report to Power bi service it is showing the below error & is causing issue with schedule refresh.  i have tried to refresh the data in power bi desktop with same credentials & it seems to work fine. i am only facing this issue once it is publish to power bi service

    Hi Anonymous,

     

    1. Did you update the credential in the settings of the dataset?

    2. What kind of authentication did the source accept?

    3. The http 400 means bad request. Can the source accept the format of the URL?

      1. Did you update the credential in the settings of the dataset? (one of the data set is not accepting the credentials, but it is working in desktop version)

      2. What kind of authentication did the source accept? (Web source)

      3. The http 400 means bad request. Can the source accept the format of the URL? (Yes)

        hi,

         

        i am getting below error, while scheduling the data refresh the credintals are not working.

         

        when i run the refresh in power bi desktop it is completely working fine.
