Unable to give the join with same data in different column

 

In the Dimension table, we have Emp Number and Emp Name.
The Emp number and Emp Name are recurring multiple times for different Absence Start.
In Fact we have Emp number and we are linking the Dimension with this Emp Number.
We get the following. Please help in resolving this.

As the image shown, you could create a many-to-many relationship. You can just click OK. The massage is just a warning message in case the wrong doing.

Both of them should join to Employee table.

Also, there can be other M-M Bi-directional joins; that can cause this issue not allowing M-M relation
