Unable to get the Azure Wiki page details in Power BI

I need to build a Power BI report for a wiki portal where it shows usage metrics of each page along with modification details like last modied data and name of modifier. But I am unable to get it in Power BI using web connector as well as from below REST API link to get the page stats (https://dev.azure.com/{organization}/{project}/_apis/wiki/wikis/{wikiIdentifier}/pages/{pageId}/stat...

Getting Formula.Firewall error in both the cases and "Azure DevOps" connector is for Boards only services like workitems, bugs etc.
Please suggest what should be the correct way to get the Azure wiki in Power BI.

I can't test it myself as I no longer have acces to Azure DevOps due to a project change. But instead of using the Web Connector (Web.Contents), have you tried using VSTS.Contents via Power Query?

VSTS.Contents("https://dev.azure.com/{organization}/{project}/_apis/wiki/wikis/{wikiIdentifier}/pages/{pageId}/stats?api-version=6.0-preview.1")

I typically found that is Web.Contents failed, I had success with VSTS.Contents.
