Unable to get default values in our parameter filters in Paginated Report.

Hi All,

I have a pagianted report, where i have 25 parameter filters. But it doesnt populate all the values to the parmaters by default as "ALL". Even i have selected the "Fetch the values from column" option, even then parameter values are not defualted to ALL. User needs to select each and every parameter value to run the Report. Can some one assist on this how we can default vlaues to ALL for all Cascading parameters.
