Unable to find the running total of a measure by Quarter

Hi All,
I have to find the Revenue/Spend QTD Running Total for my visuals. Facing issues to get the Quarter-to-date running total over a measure.I have 2 columns Called Revenue and Spend.When I am calculating the QTD Running Total for them(Revenue and Spend),It is working fine. But the same is not working while I am taking the division measure(Revenue/Spend) of It.It is giving me the average value not the cumulative summation.QTD Running Total.PNG

These are my 2 DAX measures:
Revenue/Spend (ROMI) = SUM(Spend[revenue]) / SUM(Spend[spend])
Revenue/Spend QTD Running Total =
    TOTALQTD(
        [Revenue/Spend (ROMI)],
        'Spend Reported Date'[End of Week]
    )

I think this how you should be doing it

Revenue QTD = Your formula

Spend QTD = Your formula

Revenue/ Spend =divide(Revenue QTD ,Spend QTD )

No This is not working as expected. Still giving me the average of it ,not the Cumulative sum.
