Unable to create Embed code in a public web.

Dear Community,

I would like to address an issue I encountered while attempting to embed a report using the "Publish to Web (Public)" option. Upon selecting this option, I received the following message: "You are about to create an embed code for this report. Once published, anyone on the internet will be able to access the report and the data it contains, and Microsoft may display the report on a public website or a public gallery," as depicted in the attached image.

I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter and I would greatly appreciate any guidance or solutions you can provide.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

Sandhya

Hi @Sandhya ,

This is normal, this warning message is just to remind you that When you use Publish to web, anyone on the Internet can view your published report or visual. Viewing requires no authentication. It includes viewing detail-level data that your reports aggregate. Before publishing a report, make sure it's okay for you to share the data and visualizations publicly. Don't publish confidential or proprietary information.
