Unable to connect to PostGres instance on GCP with Power BI

Hello! i am trying to connect PostGres instance on my GCP as my data source for my Powerbi desktop. After entering the IP address and database I get the below errors:

"Details: "An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.'

"Details: "An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond'"

Please help me to solve this issue.
