Unable to Publish a file. Error: (400) Bad Request

I downloaded a PBIX with the online connection option. There is no duplicate, no suffix (1), of the file.

I opened the file in PBI Desktop, did not change anything and went and publish. Then I got this error. Tried it multiple times with different report, same issue.

This issue has already been reported if I'm not wrong. You can refer to:
