Unable to Open PowerBI File SQLDUMPER.EXE Error

dsspann23 , first of all, check are able to open empty power bi file and some other files. If you are not able to open any file. Then check for any pending windows patch and reinstall power bi.
if other files are working, then try check power bi log file and share error
I'm able to open up other PowerBI files. I've tried opening this file on multiple computers with the latest version of PowerBI installed and I get the same error. Something is wrong with this particular file.
How do I proceed?
