Unable to Display Units From Callout

Hello Community,

Can someone let me know why I'm unable to select 'units' with one visual but able to select units with what I believe is the same visual.

For example you can see from the images below I have the option to Display units with one of my visuals, but with a similar visual the option to Display units does not exists.

The first image appears to be using the older Card visual, which has a more straightforward configuration experience since it only accepts a single field at a time. It also uses the setting name "Callout value" rather than simply "Callout".

The second image does not appear to match the current new Card visual interface. Based on the formatting pane layout, it may be an older version of Power BI Desktop or a custom visual. The new card visual in the latest version has this layout.

Hi caplogic ,

The new card visual is a little bit tricky you need to follow this steps:

Go to callout

Select the Card that you want to use

Go to value

Change units
