Unable to Connect to SSAS connection

Hello I have an issue and have yet to be able to identify a solution in weeks of forum browsing.  I am new to Power Bi and I am setting up 3 users one being myself.  One user works fine the other 2 get error can not oad model error when connecting.  Power Bi sees the server and lists the cubes but when i click on the cube is when i get the error.  All three users have the same permissions in SSAS and are able to load the cubes in excel.  Any insight would be appreciated.

    Hi mchart1980 

     

    Where did you get this error? In Power BI Desktop or Power BI Service?

    If in Power BI Desktop, go to Data sources settings and clear permissions. Then try connecting to the same data source and enter credentials again.

     

    And which role or permission do you have in the SSAS model?
