Turnover % Calculation

Hello,

I am new to Power BI and have been trying to figure out a way to create our turnover % in a dashboard via a measure or another way. The way that we calculate turnover % is by taking the number of terminations divided by the average headcount from the beginning of this year to today. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish this?
