Turn 1 record into multiple rows?

Hello, 

I have a table from Dataverse called new_backlog where each row represents the project information of 1 project.

This is an example of my table:

Columns Cashflow N, Cashflow N+1, Cashflow N+2, Cashflow N+3, Cashflow N+4, Cashflow N+5  represent the Cashflow of the project in year N (current year), year N+1, year N+2, year N+3, year N+4, and year N+5 respectively.

How can I create a graph that plots the cashflow (Y-axis) per its related year (x-axis)?

It should look something like this:

Should I create a row for each project's Cashflow N, Cashflow N+1, Cashflow N+2, Cashflow N+3, Cashflow N+4, Cashflow N+5 under 1 column instead of having them as 6 columns? Example:

If so is there a way to transpose a table into a table (like above) in Power BI?
