Trying to setup refresh for the visuals

Hi:

I am new to Power BI and would like to set the time intervals to refresh the visuals. When I try to login to the Admin, I am getting the following (below), can you please let me know that I need a primeum license for capacity metrics in order to set the refresh intervals for the visuals.  Thanks

    Hi Taki103 ,

     

    It's not necessary, but it will give you better effects with the various types of refreshes.
    Also, you mentioned visual refresh, it does not run independently. Refresh in Power BI is complementary. For example for import storage type datasets, you can create scheduled refreshes for it (with customizable timing) and update its report or dashboard content after success.
