Trying to Sum values for left column (not distinct)

This should be simple, but taking me way too long to find DAX formula for total hours by employee: I have a table with employee hrs charged to different overhead job numbers. I want to create a percentage in PwrBI table (or Matrix) that is Employee hrs charged to Job A / Total Hrs charged on all jobs by employee.  The table columns I'm creating on canvas has Emp#, Job (can be mutliple jobs for a given employee), then Hrs charged to Job, then Total Hrs charged to all jobs, then finally Percent of hrs charged to Job / Total employee hrs.  Note: if there are two lines with same job for given employee (e.g. charged same job on different days), power bi context is summing hrs for same job using measure JobHrs = Calculate (Sum(table[Hours]).  But I don't know  how to get the Total Hrs charged by employee (on all jobsubs) to work in this filter context.  Thanks for any suggestions.  Jeff

@Anonymous try this

Base Hrs = SUM ( Table[Hrs] )

% of total  =
DIviDE ( [Base Hrs], CALCULATE ( [Base Hrs], ALLEXCEPT ( Table, Table[Job Id] ) ) )
