Trouble importing data from MySQL

I repeadedly attempted to import data through the "MySQL Database" option on PowerBI, however I keep recieivng the same error.

 

Error: "This connector requires one or more additional components to be installed before it can be used"

 

The issue is, I've already downloaded Connector/NET 8.0.33. I don't know where to go from here. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

HI @Anonymous,

What version of MySQL data driver are you installed? 32bit or 64bit? I'd like to suggest you double check on these files to confirm you are install the match version of your database or they will return message to ask you installed the correct data drivers.
