I have a table, that I need to transpose and perform conditioal formating as shown below

You just need to use a matrix to render your data. Make sure your drill all level down to lowest level in matrix.

Requirement is not to drill down, but rather show as I provided the image. We need to add conditional formating Yellow and Green color. Table needs to be transposed. Thanks
