Transpose Data
How do I transpose data in the excel sheet (on the left) to look like the output on the right?
I want to transpose or pivot in such a way data I see the short description and see it's corresponding monthly FTE.
I don't want user and short description repeating.

1:1 is not possible in my opinion. But can you please upload some sample data. I can try it but I wil not copy it from a screenshot.
