Translate DAX statement into plain English

Need help with this DAX statement:

Maybe something like this:

 

If sales units are more than 45 and product is Scooter
or
sales units are more than 25 and product is Doll House and Skatebord or Bike
are Large Shipment,

all others is Standard Shipment
