Transform dataset issues

Hi, I have this table.

What I want is to transform it like picture below. So a record for every 'Loc' and each linked 'SearchCode'. I tried it with a Split By Delimiter, followed by grouping and/or (un)pivoting etc, but found no solution yet. Can this be done in power query?

@Anonymous ,

Select Searchcode column and use split by delimiter but select Rows in advanced options instead of columns.
