Transform Column to Measure

Hi Everyone,

Is it possible to convert Column to Measure?

For Example: Table below

Month | Column Target | Measeure Target

JAN            70                         70

FEB             75                         75

MAR           76                         76

and so on....

The "Column Target" source is directly from entry form i just want to convert to a measure.

   It could be achieved, but this needs the sample data and column formula.
