Transaction was aborted by User Error

Hi,

I am try to connect to Teradata Vantage Cloud Lake through Power BI Desktop, I am to connect to the Database and preview the data. But when I try to load the data using Direct Query mode It is erroring out as "Teradata: [Teradata Database] [3110] The Transaction was aborted by the User."

Either me or DBA did not abort the query. I have also set the connection timeout and command timeout from default to higher value still I face the same issue.

Please can someone suggest what could be the issue.
