Traffic light bar chart
I would like to create a bar chart, for example a Clustered Column Chart. I will have one percent column there and
1) When it's bellow 50% I want the color of the bar to be red
2) When above 50% and bellow 52% I want it to be yellow
3) When above 52% I want it to be green
I don't want it to diverge or slowly change. Is it possible?
Should be, but I have been trying different approaches and nothing seems to give me that result.

I do not believe that the standard Clustered Column chart provides conditional formatting at this time, diverging or otherwise. You would have to use a table or matrix visualization. When you do that, choose background color and then use the "Color by rules" checkbox.
