Tracking user usage

Is there a way aside from Usage Metrics Report to track user usage but in terms of what filters they use most or pages?

Is it possible to track users down to filter level or is that not a feature within power bi yet?

Tracking down to filter level is only available in the Microsoft backend (at special request). It is not currently exposed to tenant admins, or to workspace/dataset admins. Lots of privacy/GDPR considerations etc. If this is important to you please consider raising it at https://ideas.powerbi.com
