Tournament Ranking Formula

I am trying to utilize points earned by reporting with a tie breaker of the fastest report to rank participants in a tournament. I have unexpected values for the TIES argument in my Rankx function. I am not sure how to correct my error here. Since there are multiple simulations for participants to earn points, I need to remove duplicates by e-mail adress. 

Any help is GREATLY appreciated by this newbie. 🙂

@jessicascully Hard to be certain what the issue is but there is no real way to remove duplicates using RANKX unless you use something like a random number for example. See if this helps:
