I need to show total values in 100% stacked column chart but the total labels is not the visual panel. Please help me.

Total value is not shown in 100% stacked column chart. You can call it a limitation of Power BI currently.
Couple of alternatives:
1. Create a total measure and pull into tooltip of the visual
2. If the width of columns and visual are fixed, create cards for the totals and overlap them above the top of columns and group them.
