Total does not match after distinct count
Hi, I went through several similar solutions but I still did not get to understand how to solve the problem.
In my case I have to categorize IDs into "Blank" values and "8D 8115" for which I have a specific column.
I counted all the blade IDs with DISTINCTCOUNT. In this case the total and 8D 8115 provide a correct number, but the "blank" values do not.
Thank you a lot for help.

AndreaSo , We need to see, how you arrived at that conclusion.
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.- AndreaSoFrequent Visitor
Hi,
This is the data example:
and this is the result:
What I need out of this is basically, the total value of the pie to be 5, as we have 5 different products and then it should be divided into the the affected products in this case 3 (a1,a3 and a2) and not affected 2 (a4, a5)
Thank you in advance.
