Month BudgetAmt SaleAmt Day

Sum Data 104 93
I would like to Get Summarize Data in Column BudgetAmt = 104
and SaleAmt I can get sum data = 93. But my problem is I can not get result 104 from this data rows.

You may create a measure like below:
Measure = SUMX ( VALUES ( Table1[Month] ), AVERAGE ( Table1[BudgetAmt] ) )
