Top & Bottom 10 results, without repetitive Rank

Upon research I found the following :

Top Rank = rankx(ALLSELECTED('TABLE[FIELD]),[MEASURE],,Desc)

Bottom Rank = rankx(ALLSELECTED('TABLE[FIELD]),[MEASURE],,ASC,Dense)-1

Except how do I modify them to include per month values?

Sorry not sure how to post an actual Excel file, so I included a picture of some data.

I need to create a stack bar chart comparing per month the Top N vs the Bottom N, (with a drill down of sub departments).

I need a column that returns the Top(mean the lowest number of RankTop) that will return the Org Name w/the TTDTop value per each month. Then another column returning the Bottom Value (the Highset Number TTD Value)  that will return the Org Name w/the TTDBottom value per each month.

Thanks,

Karen
