I was creating a report which contains the columns product name, sales and count of errors.I want to show the top N products based on the sales column. As of now I was using the visual level filter and applying Top 5 products. But I want to show that Top N as slicer and when the user selects 10 then it should display top 10 and top 15 if they select 15.By default it should display top 5 products.
Can anyone help with this.
Thanks for your help in advance
The very first part of this blog post (under Filtering the top N products) should get you that result: https://www.sqlbi.com/articles/filtering-the-top-products-alongside-the-other-products-in-power-bi/
you can basically ignore the later sections talking about the "other" parts (unless that's what you're going for)
Hi @vicky_
Thanks for your solution its working fine.
But when I'm adding basic filtering option like show values when its not blank like removing null values the top N filter is not working properly.
For example if im selecting top 5 values its showing 4 its resulting me in N-1 values
When removed the filter its working fine
Could you please help me with this.
