Hello everyone,
I've a simple question, but I'll explain the all process that i've done.
So, first of all, in my report page, I've WordCloud to show the most popular words.
Then, I select one of them, the update of KPIs work perfectly, showing the correct numbers.
Below, I've a table to show the phrases that exist the word that i've selected, and it's working perfectaly too.
The weird thing is, when you look at the black box, is showing a value of 571 "Respostas" (Answers), it is the same as you can see it, on the Filter Pane, "Classificação". (Picture 1)
But, if we go to focus mode, and press "Show as a table", we will see the correct values. (Picture 2).
I want to know why this is happening?
I only have in the Tooltips a simple Count.
Anyone can help me.

It looks like the tooltip summed the responses, can you show the dax formula for that "Respostas" measure.
It would be best if you can share sample pbix and remove sensitive data. I could create a sample myself to reproduce your issue.

Paul
Hi Paul,
First of all, thanks a lot for your answer. 🙂
It's quiet difficult, to give you an example throught pbix, because I've a lot of sensitive information.
But, like I show it in picture 1, the "Respostas" is not a measure but a column, named "Classificação" of the table "Data_Quest_Comments".
I use it in "Tooltips" a count of 'Data_Quest_Comments [Classificação]', only that.
I'll do my best to create an example (pbix) for you, but I can't promisse.

I cant send you an example of PBIX.
Can you help me out?
