Hello,

 

Is there a way for tooltip to showup, when user double clicks on the column/rows not just by Hoverover?

After my research, I'm afraid it couldn't achieve in Power BI for now.

But for your requirement, If you may try to use drillthrough in Power BI.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-drillthrough

And you could post your new idea in Power BI ideas and make this feature coming sooner.
