Tooltip not respecting dimensions

Hello guys,  I've been struggling with tooltip, I have this map below that uses a page as a tooltip. Oddly enough, when I filter the page alone with the dimensions used in the object works perfecl...

    Hi Anonymous,

    By my tests with the latest version of Power BI Destkop (2.68.5432.661), it seems that the feature of Tooltip report page works as expected.

    Please check if you have installed the latest version of Power BI Desktop firstly.

    In addition, please check if the data in card visual and the data in the map visual have the relationship.

    If you still need help, please share a dummy pbix file which can reproduce the scenario, so that we can help further investigate on it? You can upload it to OneDrive and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.
