    Hi bwhitlock ,

     

    One sample for your reference. As amitchandak  metioned, we can create a measure using the function CONCATENATEX:

    Measure = CONCATENATEX('Table','Table'[Post Code], " & ")

    Then we can get the excepted result like this.
