Tooltip issue

Hi pter14
You can use tooltip as a page option then you can make all your tooltip in the same format
I have attached the sample i have created for your reference
Hi pter14,
Thank you for the follow-up question.
From your description, it sounds like you have already tried all the key settings, and the remaining difference is likely caused by how Power BI renders modern visuals internally. In recent updates (including your version 2.148.1477.0), Line Charts automatically use the new visual container and modern tooltip experience, even if the “Modern visual tooltip” toggle is off. That’s why you’re seeing the blue marker and bold font that don’t appear in your Column Chart.
Enable the new visual experience fully Go to File → Options and settings → Options → Preview features and make sure “New visual container experience” is turned ON, then restart Power BI.
Recreate both visuals after restart. This ensures both visuals use the same rendering engine and tooltip format. Once done, the tooltips should match (fonts, layout, and markers).
If you prefer the classic look without the bold font or markers, turn OFF both Modern visual tooltips and New visual container experience, restart Power BI, and recreate both visuals again.
This difference is due to the gradual migration of visuals to the modern rendering engine, which has updated tooltip styling built in. If you test the report in Power BI Service, you will notice that both visuals display more consistently since the Service version already uses the new renderer everywhere.
Hope this clears it up. Let us know if you have any doubts regarding this. We will be happy to help.
