Hi guys,
I'm going to try and explain this best I can. I have a graph that shows export volumes of products we sell. On one chart, I show the total New Zealand export of that product, the total export volume of my company and then select a customer which highlights their portion of volume to my company.
I'd like to add a tooltip to make it easier to view the values but this is where I'm running into a head scratcher. I can display the NZ export number fine, but then when I select the customer it filters both my company number and also their number (obviously). Hopefully the pic helps with context:
If this was a visual on the page I would alter the interactions but given the cards are on a tooltip page I can't think of how to stop our company number being affected?
Any words of wisdom for me?
Hi @lordtopcat ,
You'd like to keep the values of your company in tooltip unfiltered when slicer changes, right? If the total export volume of your company is set as measure/summarized field, it's not accessible. coz the filter is kept by default.
HI @lordtopcat , it would be helpful to see data table, or dummy one up in Excel.
Thanks,
