Tooltip Page with different but related filters

Hello,

I'm hoping someone has a solution for this. I have a set of data, I've given a similiar example in the table below. I have column chart that is Time (Y) by Work Order (X). I want to be able to hover over the columns on the chart and display a page tooltip. This much I have done. However, on the page tool tip I want to show all work orders related to the PPM Code of the work order that I hovered over. e.g. if I hover over the column for work order 2791, I want the tooltip view to show me all work orders that have the same PPM Code as 2791. In this case 2468 and 3297.

Is this currently possible?

2791	0.25	1111
5146	0.33	3333
6511	0.25	4444
2468	0.8	1111

Hi @Anonymous ,

Based on the information you provided, I understand that  you want tooltip to display bar charts with the same Code on Work Order. Unfortunately, according to my tests, this is by design.

Power BI is now unable to achieve what you need . You can submit an idea for it at   https://ideas.powerbi.com/ideas/   and wait for users with the same needs as you to vote for you to help make it happen as soon as possible.

If my understanding is wrong,  please provide more information without privacy.

As you can see in the above screenshot, hovering over work order 7340 shows information just for that work order. The table has a column called "PPM Code". I want the tooltip to show all work orders that have the same PPM Code as Work Order 7340.

Hope that makes sense.
