Tooltip Help - Possible Dax

 Hi,

So I was wondering if there was a way to create a tooltip (I'm guessing using DAX) that allows me to present the last time one of our systems didn't fail/was a success. So at the moment I have set the filter to show just those that failed because my superiors aren't too focused on the successes within the chart itself, but they would like to see when its last succeeded as a tooltip.
