Token Authentification with Dataset PBI

Hello everyone,

I create dataset with data inside.

So, i would like to share this in outside organisation but i need to get licence prenium.

But i would like to know how setup authentification token with my dataset for my provider.

Need to create a gateway ?

Need to generate token with my laptop in local

So, i understand i need to generate Workspace ID, Report ID and Tokenaccess corresponning to my workspace ( the same dataset) and when i generate all, i give this information has my supplier ?

For generate its necessary to do it with powershell with my laptop in local ?
