To show Two different measures in the clustered column chart

Hi Everyone,

The attached clustered column chart shows the change volume for last two financial years.I turn the data label on,am able to get the change volume in the middle of chart.I have been asked to show the success rate also for those years (in percentage) on top of every column of the chart.I tried to work this out by using line and clustered column chart.I drag the success rate to the line values,it aggregates the percentage of those two years rather than showing individual success rates of those years and it is positioned at the bottom of the chart.

please let me know how to resolve this problem.
