To calculate Headcount % change for rolling 30 days to previous month

Hello all,

i have calculated head count for rolling 30 days from today using this dax
Rolling 30 days=
CALCULATE (
COUNT ( 'dataset-2023-06-04 16_'[Employee Name] ),
DATESINPERIOD ( 'dataset-2023-06-04 16_'[DOJ], TODAY (), -30, DAY ),
'dataset-2023-06-04 16_'[DOL] = BLANK ()
)
Now to calculate % change i need to obtain prevoius month. I tried this but need a better one.

Active Employess_30/60 Days =
CALCULATE(
    COUNT(
        'dataset-2023-06-04 16_'[Employee Name]
    ),
    KEEPFILTERS(
        'dataset-2023-06-04 16_'[DOJ]
        >= NOW() - 60 &&  'dataset-2023-06-04 16_'[DOJ]<=NOW()-30)

@harshagraj , Can you share sample data. In the file attached, I have code for the previous period, if that can help

For Avg, you can refer

Average of Rolling, Average of Snapshots: https://youtu.be/_pZRdLAJxxA
