    Hi Anonymous ,

According to your description, it would be great if you can provide more information, which will help us to solve your problem better.
    1. Do you use some functions about time zone in your report?
    2. Did you make any changes to the Date/Time settings in the process of creating the report?

You can try to check the box in the options and settings of Power BI Desktop as below, then save and reopen it to see if the problem still exists.

(You can change the time zone language you need according to the actual situation)

If I have not understood your needs correctly, please do not hesitate to inform me.

    Hope it helps,
